Review CETAP Draft EIR/EIS Document- CETAP Draft Document for Hemet to Corona/Lake Elsinore Corridor and Winchester to Temecula Corridor.

Document 7A (Superceded by EIS/EIR) - Provides data and information assessing transportation alternatives being examined in the Winchester to Temecula Corridor.

Purpose and Need Statement for the Winchester to Temecula Corridor (Hemet to Temecula Study Area) - This document describes the nature of the transportation issues and problems that need to be addressed in this corridor. It describes the purposes for the proposed action (the consideration of transportation alternatives) and the need for the proposed action, as required for the environmental studies.
Purpose and Need Statement for the Hemet to Corona/Lake Elsinore Corridor - This document describes the nature of the transportation issues and problems that need to be addressed in this corridor. It describes the purposes for the proposed action (the consideration of transportation alternatives) and the need for the proposed action, as required for the environmental studies.
NEPA/Section 404 Integration Process Criteria for the Evaluation of Alternatives in CETAP Corridors - This document explains the criteria to be used for evaluating transportation alternatives in these two corridors. The criteria are intended for use in the Federal review process, with particular attention to environmental issues.
NEPA/Section 404 Alternatives Recommended to be Carried Forward Into the CEQA/NEPA Process for the CETAP Winchester to Temecula Corridor (Hemet to Temecula Study Area) - This document describes the alternatives recommended for carrying forward into the environmental documentation stage of the Winchester to Temecula Corridor. Draft Proposal - This August 9, 1999 "Draft Proposal" has been prepared at the request of the County of Riverside Western Riverside County Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan (MSHCP) Advisory Committee as the first preliminary work product in the overall MSHCP planning process. This document presents preliminary information that has been assembled as part of the MSHCP component at this early stage in the RCIP program. It must be emphasized that data, information and analysis assembled at this stage in the process is preliminary and will change.
NOP - Notice of Preparation to prepare an Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement for the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan
Reserve Design Criteria by Area Plan - Part of MSHCP Reserve Planning Process/Description of the Reserve Work Product 2 - see below). These documents describe the specific criteria for each of the Area Plans covered by the MSHCP in western Riverside County.
MSHCP Reserves and Implementation - The third of 4 work products which will construct the Draft MSHCP. It includes the methodology for assembling, manging, and monitoring the MSHCP reserves and the implementation structure for the entire MSHCP.
MSHCP Reserve Planning Process/Description of the Reserve - The second of 4 work products which will construct the Administrative Draft MSHCP. It describes the processes, methodology, and approach taken to designing the reserve system. This also provides descriptions of the general reserve system, one of the specific areas, and alternatives.
MSHCP Organization and Outline/Description of the Study Area - The first of 4 work products which will construct the Administrative Draft MSHCP. It includes the organization and table of contents for the document, a description of the study area, its location and the scope of the project. The project description is further divided into the purpose and need for the project, its goals and objectives, and the existing setting.
MSHCP Alternatives Development Document - This Alternatives Development document provides information regarding a range of alternatives for the MSHCP. The range of alternatives was defined by the MSHCP Advisory Committee. Five alternatives are described in the document.
Reserve Monitoring and Management - This presentation outlines the Species and Natural Communities Monitoring and Assessment Program.
Potential Preserve Planning Area - Environmental conservation map showing that a percentage of the blues shaded areas is considered as potential preserves.
Alternative Development Process Memo - This Memorandum briefly summarizes the methods used to develop the acreage estimates for the alternatives described in the October 4, 2000 Alternatives Development Document.
Alternatives Summary - This table provides a one page summary of the acreages and species conserved in the alternatives addressed in greater detail in the October 4, 2000 Alternatives Development Document.

Additional Forest Lands Clarification - This memorandum responds to requests by MSHCP Advisory Committee members regarding forest lands species addressed in the MSHCP Alternatives Developmemt Document.
