Who's Who
Who is involved with RCIP?


Primary Agencies
County of Riverside - The Board of Supervisors and Transportation and Land Management Agency within the County of Riverside are taking the lead on the Riverside County Integrated Project.
Riverside County Transportation Commission - This group is responsible for CETAP and coordinating with the County of Riverside on the RCIP.
Southern California Association of Governments - They are the regional planning agency working with the RCIP to make sure that all of the plans created are consistent with regional plans.
Advisory Committees

These committees are comprised of local business people, land owners, political appointees, and governmental staff. Each committee meets regularly once a month, please see the Calendar for times, dates, and locations.

Moreno Valley to San Bernardino Policy Advisory Committee

Consultants

Jacobs Sverdrup - As the program manager for the project, Jacobs Sverdrup directs the work of all the consultants and ensures the full integration of the environmental, transportation, and land use plans. Additionally, Jacobs Sverdrup is also providing transportation planning services.

Dudek & Associates, Inc. - Dudek & Associates is completing the biological research and the planning for the environmental preserves, which are a part of the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan.

The Planning Center - To help manage growth, a new General Plan is being developed to ensure that land uses can co-exist. The Planning Center is revising the General Plan and creating new Area Plans to replace the outdated Community Plans.

Transcore - In an effort to ensure vital transportation links within Riverside County and between Riverside County and neighboring counties, Transcore is planning the four new transportation corridors.

LSA Associates, Inc. - Once the three plans (transportation, land use, and environmental) are completed, environmental documents such as an Environmental Impact Report will be completed so that these projects will be a reality, not just plans. LSA is completing the environmental documents for the Riverside County Integrated Project.

RBF Consulting - To display all of the information gathered and developed, RBF Consulting has developed a Geographic Information System for this project that is reflected in the Mapping link.

O'Reilly Public Relations - Making sure that the public is a part of this program is critical to its success. O'Reilly Public Relations is involved in promoting the Riverside County Integrated Project through the government, media and community relations.
